Robert C. Tice

Robert Tice is a trial lawyer with over 40 years’ experience. He has successfully won more than 25 defense jury verdicts, as well as successfully litigated bench trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings, appeals and dispositive motions. His practice includes employment practices counseling in litigation avoidance and independent workplace investigations. Bob has served as a case evaluator for both Oakland County and Wayne County Circuit Courts. He also has guided both large and small employers to successful resolution of employment issues.
