Lindsey Barrett-Coimbra has a diverse practice which includes hospitality and home health and home care clients. She has experience in federal and state employment claims, mediation, investigations, and union bargaining. Her work thus far has focused on helping employers resolve claims of unpaid wages and overtime under the New York labor laws, using data-driven defense strategies. Lindsey is committed to partnering with her clients to understand both their business and legal needs in order to provide exceptional advocacy.
During law school, she completed internships for two federal agencies, a law firm focused on employee benefits, and also worked with a law school clinic to assist pro se litigants in New York. She was an articles editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Journal.
Prior to law school, Lindsey worked as a wholesale account manager for several women’s clothing and accessories brands, and also in corporate hospitality.
