Karen Kao

Karen Kao advises and represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She has handled cases in state, federal and appellate courts.

Before joining Littler, Karen focused heavily on corporate finance transactional law. She began her legal practice in real estate litigation, followed by work in general civil litigation, premises liability work, professional liability defense, and employment work.

While in law school, Karen externed for two judges in the Eighth Judicial District Court (Clark county, Las Vegas). Prior to moving to Las Vegas, she clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
