Compiled by legal publisher Fastcase, the ranking highlights those individuals who have charted a new course for the delivery of legal services.
Rechtschaffen was selected for continuing to create unique technology-based solutions that enhance the delivery of legal services to clients. With more than 25 years of experience in labor and employment law and a broad understanding of technology, Rechtschaffen has architected some of Littler’s most successful client service innovations.

Rechtschaffen is also a prolific speaker and author of a number of publications on the subject of innovation and technology in the legal industry. Active in the professional community, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco and ILTA. Rechtschaffen received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School and A.B. from the University of California Berkeley.
